Good Morning Everyone!

It’s Sunday and I’m just sitting down to write. For the first time this week. That’s not normal. Normally, I start working on a rough draft of the newsletter on Mondays. I write and edit throughout the week and publish Sunday. Without Fail.

As I’ve mentioned before, my life has gotten quite busy, and this has been an especially hectic week. For a lot of different reasons.

My schedule doesn’t show any signs of letting up either.

So, I’ve decided to hit the pause button on the newsletter.

This has been a fun little project and I’m so thankful that all of you have come along for the ride with me. But, it takes a lot of time and energy to dream up a topic, write about it and shape it all into a quality piece of writing every week.

I’m starting to feel like I’m scrambling to pump something, anything, out every week.

Pumping out a weekly newsletter is fun. It’s a great way to connect with all of you and it gives me a way to practice the craft of writing. It’s not always conducive to doing my best work though.

And I always want to do my best work.

So, I’m going to take a step back and focus on some more in depth projects for a while. There are certain ideas that just can’t be fleshed out and fine tuned in a week!

I also plan to do some thinking about how best to move forward with Indoorsy.

I’ll keep you all updated on what I’m up to and pop in here from time to time.
